A few straightforward terms
Free tools, thoughtful use and clear expectations.
Free software
The plugins distributed here are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, unless a release explicitly includes a different compatible licence. The licence included in a download is the authoritative version. You may use, study, modify and share the software under its licence.
Test before using on a live website
Software is provided without warranty, as described in its licence. Keep a current backup and test a release on a staging website first. File-management tools can change or delete files: give access only to trusted administrators.
Custom work
The $50 starting price applies to a small, agreed piece of work. It is not a fixed price for every website or project. Scope, deliverables, timing, cost and any ongoing support are agreed before paid work begins.
Content and availability
Articles reflect practical guidance, not a promise of a particular search ranking, traffic level or commercial result. Roadmap entries describe ideas under consideration, not guaranteed release dates. Downloads may be updated as issues are found and improvements are made.
