Jeet Daily Production Sheet
Turn WooCommerce orders into a clear daily preparation list with net quantities per product or model, a manual production date, print and CSV export.
A focused, free WooCommerce preparation sheet for small bakeries, tiffin kitchens and made-to-order stores. Choose order creation dates or a saved production day, filter order statuses, and see the quantities left after recorded item quantity refunds. Print the list or export it to a spreadsheet without adding customer addresses to the sheet.

A bakery or tiffin kitchen needs a clear answer before preparation starts: how many of each item do we need? Jeet Daily Production Sheet turns selected WooCommerce orders into a focused quantity list.
Prepare from a clear product list
See saved product names, available variation choices, current SKUs, net quantities and contributing-order counts. Recorded item quantity refunds are subtracted, so the sheet reflects units left on the selected orders.
Choose what the date actually means
Use Order creation date for orders placed in your selected range. For a preparation-day workflow, save a Production date on each order and choose Saved production date. Dates follow your WordPress timezone. This is a manual preparation date, not an inferred shipping or delivery date.
Print or export without clutter
Generate a clean print sheet or download CSV with spreadsheet formula protection. The list does not read customer addresses, emails, phone numbers or arbitrary item personalization metadata.
Small, bounded reports
Each batch checks up to 500 orders and 5,000 included line items. Larger order scopes clearly show BATCH SUBTOTAL, including in print and CSV. Choose subsequent scan batches separately. A line-item limit produces an INCOMPLETE warning; narrow the creation-date range or review omitted orders directly.
Know the limits before preparing
This counts order units. It does not expand recipes, ingredients, bundles or custom add-ons, reserve stock or schedule deliveries. Money-only refunds do not reduce quantities. Reports are live rather than frozen snapshots, so review changed orders when combining batches. Deleted or changed products may have reduced variation details, and SKUs come from current product data.
Private admin access, no paid tier
The tool sits under WooCommerce → Production sheet and requires WooCommerce management access. It supports standard HPOS and legacy order editors through WooCommerce APIs. All included features are free, with no adverts, signup, tracking or frontend credit.

Frequently asked questions
Is Jeet Daily Production Sheet completely free?
Yes. All included features are free, with no adverts, signup, telemetry or paid feature locks.
Does the sheet use the delivery date?
No. You explicitly choose order creation date or this plugin's manually saved production date. It does not infer or change delivery/shipping dates.
How do refunds affect quantities?
Recorded item quantity refunds are subtracted, so 10 ordered minus 2 quantity-refunded means 8 to prepare. Money-only refunds do not reduce quantities. Review monetary adjustments in the original order.
Does it support WooCommerce HPOS?
Yes. Order reports and saved production dates use WooCommerce APIs and CRUD metadata rather than direct order-table SQL. The date box supports the standard HPOS and legacy order editors.
What if I have more than 500 orders?
Each scan checks at most 500 selected-status orders. The screen, print view and CSV show BATCH SUBTOTAL when more orders exist. Change Scan batch to inspect the remaining batches and reconcile the separate subtotals.
Will the printout include customer addresses?
No addresses, email, phone, notes or arbitrary custom metadata are read for the sheet. Saved item names and known product attribute values can still contain personal data entered elsewhere, so handle your exports appropriately.
What remains after uninstalling?
Optional production dates remain on orders to support reinstalling. Clear each date before uninstalling to remove it. The plugin saves no report tables, caches or settings and deletes no orders or products.
